Where did this pic come from? My understanding is those numbers were for the raptor tune only yet your graph clearly shows the standard 3.5. the picture, part number (F and not R) as well as the 400hp-500tq numbers.

These gains are much more inticing.

Yeah, I see that now. But that's the tuned raptor numbers with the regular 3.5 baseline.

Either that picture is wrong or the info below is wrong.

I do see the 100ftlbs difference in the base 3.5 vs the base Raptor tune at 2500rpm. If they're giving the 3.5 the H.O tune, that lines up perfectly. From 395tq to 495 tq at 2500. Peak 510 is hit around 3000-4000.

Hp would no longer have that dip either. The raptor tune isn't gaining much, but if those are the gains for the regular 3.5 too, that would be worth it for me.

im sure its easy. I read the instructions haha but it doesn’t look like FP is selling it currently. They did mention Summit Racing but I didn’t see it there either.

You can do it easily at home, but the only way to get the benefit of the 3/36 warranty

I do have quite a few questions…for $825 the FP site says the tuner is included. If I go to ford…will it be less than $825? The tuner is sold separately for around $450ish so is the tune from ford half that plus the shop hours? I wonder what the shop time quote will be if the dealer installs it…

like at the end of the day I’d like to keep said “warranty” but man it sure sounds wayyyy less complicated just just get the tuner and do it myself

IF that's true is def. worth the 3/36 for many folks.

IF you're OOW, do they still warranty (prob. not), then you're better off doing it yourself.

This doesn't get installed so the whole 'shop do it' is just their cookie cutter nonsense they put on all parts. There's nothing to "install", it's just one of the livernois programmers.

Yeah it looks to be the same exact crap…

what I meant is you know they’ll charge shop hours to “install” flash the software.
Like I said, if they give me the tuner afterwards I’ll let the dealership do it.

if they don’t give you the tuner is it less than $825 for the dealership to do it being as it clearly states the tuner is included at the $825.
