Can you change tire size? Sites say you can't, but I've heard people say you can. I just went from oem 32" tires to oem 33".
I was told you can not. I think i tried and got no where if i recall

The hanging on to gears is why I don't use sport mode almost ever.

My dealer told me $950 installed and will honor Ford's extended warranty or the 5y / 60k powertrain with this tune. I know it's not official past 3/36. $950 is hard to swallow when you can buy it for a more reasonable $600ish and do it yourself.
I'm not quite sure what the 'it's not official past 3/36' means - does that mean the tool will not work to tune the truck after it's 3 years old or at greater than 36,000 miles? I see the tool is available for US $459.00 from Ebay - NEW OVERSTOCK Ford Performance Procal 4 Calibration Delivery Tool M-12655-F. Does this sound legit? The PDF states you need to register with Ford Performance Parts (FPP) to download the ProCal 4 software - is there an additional charge for doing so? I'm new to this stuff, only have tweaked the Subaru Solterra using Toyota Techstream. I've an aversion to letting anybody, other than myself, do maintenance on my (or wifes) vehicles.

you're asking me to go back to 10/24...but i believe when i spoke with FP, they said once the truck goes past the 3/36 thats it. at the time, i was at 31k miles. I figured why have ford install it for 5k miles of warranty and pay another $250+ dollars to ford when it took maybe 30 min total for me to install on my truck.

so yes, you do need to make a FP account. in the box there was a voucher with a code that you have to enter on the FP website after you create an account that downloads the tune to your FP account. your vin with be tied to that procal and the tune will be as well.

Thank you, Wayne. I'll have to contact Titus-Will Ford of Tacoma to see if this might void my life time warranty from the dealership. Absolutely understand your reasoniing, I was just unclear if it was the warranty affected or if it would essentially brick the truck if attempted. The truck is serving me well enough, but the description sounds like it'd make a lot of difference when towing a flat bed carrying junk cars and a tractor, when needed (primary use of the truck). It's a huge difference between the EV and F150 - I really do prefer the truck, but the EV is 'fueled' by an already payed for Solar Array.

Did anyone notice a change in brake-boosted launches? As in, will it build any boost at all?

I have this on my Ranger, and that drives great with it. Only thing I don't like is the premium fuel. But truck gets better mileage by 2 to 2.5 mpg.

I will add this to my '23 F-150 once the warranty is up.

Officially your warranty is over after 3/36, powertrain wise. That's regardless of if you have an extended one through Ford. My dealer said they won't treat the FP tube as a mod and not to worry about it at all though. That may only be if I buy through them.

Thanks for all of the reviews. I am FP tuned on my 2.7 and I am very happy with it. Like the OP I went back to stock for about 15 minutes a month ago and wow did the truck feel lazy/numb/boring. The FP tune is not going to shave 3 seconds off of your quarter mile time but it sure does sharpen up it's behaviour/responsiveness. The power is nice and the shifting is great. I will provide a more in depth review at a later time when time permits. I did just tow 4500lbs and had about 1250+ lbs in the bed for over 2000 miles and I never wished for or needed more power. Totally unrelated but my Eibach Stage2 shocks towed absolutely wonderful.
