Beginning October 1, 2024, you'll earn 5 Points per $1 spent** on qualifying Ford Service and parts (previously, it was 10 Points per $1 spent).

No other changes are being made to the program and your Points balance will not be affected.

No action is required at this time. Members who wish to deactivate their accounts can do so in their account settings, at any time.

I got that email as well, should have read… we see you have used you ford pass rewards, when we did not expect that you would so we need to make it less valuable cause we are losing money cause we increased the price of your truck and now we are not selling as many as we like a. Our stock is taking a big hit ….

Can someone please explain a little bit more about the Ford Rewards program? I set up my account shortly after placing my order in December. I have my VIN added into my account and have the app on my phone. I have not received the truck yet, it is still "in production" according to Ford.

What I am mostly curious about is, will I receive rewards on the purchase of the truck? And how do I make sure those points are added into my account if you do get points for the vehicle purchase?

The points will be added to your account once all papers are signed. Just tell person when doing paper work you have ford pass

The finance manager should make sure you have your fordpass account setup when you sign the paperwork. He linked it to my account or something.

I got my points about 1-2 days later.

Also, 40,000 points was only $200.00 Cdn. 40,000 points/$200.00=200 points per $1.00 credit. So you have to spend $40.00 just to add $1.00 credit to your account. Wow...2% reward.... pretty sad reward.

For my 21 F150 and 24 Dark Horse, you had to add the vehicle to your Fordpass account or you won't get the points. You do this by sitting in the vehicle, ignition on, add to Fordpass by VIN, then confirm on the truck's Sync screen. Then it usually takes a few days until they show up.

It takes a few days to get them, but they get there. I got wheel well liners and the quarter panel aero delete kit with my points. Don't know how many points it all was, but it was free stuff to me, so I wasn't too worried about it.

Ford is not going to just give you points into your account. You get points for every thing you buy at Ford. What I am saying, is you get 1 point for every $40.00 you spend.

Your original post was very poorly written. Hence the confusion understanding what you were trying to convey.
