still making the noise. Took the door panel off and the seal for the plastic door liner wasn’t sealed. Sealed it and that didn’t help. So out of ideas. Gonna see if someone else might figure it out.

I had the noise on my 23 PB from the minute I left the dealership. (I didn't test drive it on the highway). Mine really only occurred with the sunroof opened or vented, but I did have a noise when it was shut. I ended up adding a piece of weather stripping all along where the factory weather stripping was to see if that was the issue and it instantly fixed it. Cost me $8 on Amazon. I did however, end up bringing it up at the dealership on my first oil change and I had taken the weather stripping off. They duplicated the noise and replaced the weather stripping completely and the noise hasn't returned.

Took my truck in again and them adjusting the door striker didn’t work. That flutter noise is frustrating. Still no solution.

Any solution? None here still.
None. In fact, the passenger side has developed it as well. I go in for an oil change soon and I am just going to tell them the problem and ask if they will replace the door seals.

I have the same fluttering noise coming from the driver door. Been to the dealer twice. They replaced the weatherstripping which helped it you only drive in town. Still flutters at 75 mph or with a cross wind. Passenger door just started. I am thinking of using a different dealer. Very frustrating on a newer truck. if I didn’t like the truck as much as I do, I might trade for another brand. It drives me crazy.

Mine does it when high winds are blowing towards my side at highway speeds....i think the weatherstripping mounted on the front edge of the left passengers door vibrates when a strong wind is applied to it aside from highway forces. Noticed if i crack the window and close it back up it usually stops

Finally got arround to getting some pics....i believe its this little thing im pushing down with my finger at the tip of the weatherstripping between both doors. Theres a transition there where it changes to the stripping on the b pillar divide for both doors.....it is just held very loosely since it just sits there at the top of the weartherstripping. When the wind is right air enters through there at flutters that thing around

Mine definitely seems to be coming from the driver's door upper backside. All I have to do is put a slight pressure on the glass in that corner and it stops. Also just cracking the window and putting it back stops it as well.

There was another thread on here that I can't find right now that determined the noise was most likely coming from the rubber trim that acts as a seal between the window and the B pillar. The owner was able to pull it out and use foam tape on it to stop the noise.

I haven't had a chance to try out that fix on mine yet but another thing I noticed is that when putting the window up the rear will go up slightly further than the front when reaching the upper limit. If I quickly tap the switch the rear will go down slightly without moving the front and the noise will stop. The window still appears to be closed all the way so I'm wondering if the window isn't quite installed evenly but it seems the rear part of the window is putting uneven pressure on the seal.

Isn't fluttering noise usually from the BCM? (Butterfly Control Module)

?

More useful, perhaps: there was a tear I the windowsill on my Eldorado Touring Coupe that caused whistling. I kept a bag of cottontails in the console, and would stick half a ball in when I closed the door. Worked wonders.
