Did you ever figure this out? I actually just noticed (well my kids noticed) since they are fascinated with the startup dance and for the last week the truck hasnt done it. Light switch is on auto as its never touched and no updates since April.
I have gone almost 5k miles since I have been doing it and I have been giving a quick spray every 1500 miles or so. Not because the sound is back but just to be sure I don’t ever have to deal with it again lol. I may have been good to go after the first time but it doesn’t hurt a small spray lol

Spray it directly onto where the actuator arms articulate. Make sure you hold it close (do it while the engine is cool, the spray will get over everything if you spray from a distance. I bought a red...
Yes! I have been using the high temp lithium grease spray I was recommended from Amazon and have done a spray every 1500 miles and the squeak has been gone since. They told me it’s normal, but got them to try several other on the lot and none made the noise so they told me unless there is a...
I felt like it made the truck harsher over bumps on my daily commute. But, I had also put all the Goodyear territory all terrain tires that came off a 2024 F150 on my truck the day before so decided to sell both the tires and sway bar and went with a highway terrain tire and the issues went...

Steeds rear sway bar. Purchased for my 2023 F150 Powerboost. Bought in April and removed in May. Decided to go a different route.
Comes with all pieces from Steeda.
Purchased for $620, looking to get $350.
No issues, does have a couple scratches from taking the bar off and laying it on the...
I spoke too soon. Got to the dealership this evening with both my little kids in tow and as the porter was bringing around the truck I could hear it rattle as he accelerated. Immediately went back in and told them it wasn’t fixed. So now it sits, again. Not sure what rattle they fixed with the...
Unfortunately, you are probably going to be met with "normal operation as the F-150's are known to be noisy". You may be able to talk them into applying high temp grease to see if that helps solve your issue, but as other have posted on other threads, it is temporary. I just spray mine every...
Just to update this thread. I ended up taking it back a second time and asked that they spend more time finding the issue and after keeping it for 2 days they called me this morning to let me know they found the rattle and it was two heatshields that were rubbing and one side that wasn't torqued...
My noise has been gone since like 3 days after I replied last. I spray some high temp grease I got on Amazon every 2-3k miles for good measure and the sound has not returned.
My neighbor down the street just got a 2024 PB like a month ago and while I was with my kid at the bus stop one morning...
It was August 2022 the new CDF drum started according to the TSB so some 2023’s were already in production and built with the prior part which is why they include “some 2023’s” in their TSB.
Yeah simple Google didn’t pop it up for me but when I went on Ford’s website I found it.
Doesn’t seem like it’s anything other than just collecting data for the 2023’s.
I did reset my tables and halted adapted learning through forscan and haven’t had a rough shift in the last 3 days. Decided to...
I’ll post a picture tomorrow morning, maybe mine couldn’t reach the stiffest position vs what I assumed is the softest. I honestly assumed the hole closest aimed towards the front of the truck was the lowest and the third hold towards the rear was the stiffest. My links were adjusted out as far...
I just installed my Steeda sway bar this evening and noticed a couple things.
For what it’s worth—it was pretty difficult to get the adjustable arms to secure. I had no choice but to set it in the middle setting as it was too long to be able to try the first hole. Not sure if this is because...
do you have a video of your squeak? Is it the same as the one I had? Mine would do it every time the engine kicked on and every time coming to a stop. It basically was any time the actuator arms were actuating
Yeah it’s the Powerboost. I think you’re right. I guess no way to fix that issue on the 14th gens I know the 13th gens used a spring to keep it from rattling
