FDRS Stuck updating PMI Sync1 - Need access to PTS.

Hello all.
Just as title says.
I went to check for update on my 2013 F150 3.5L EcoBoost.

The update process started. Then it timed out.

Now, my Sync 1 only have radio and Sirius.
Lost everything, BT, etc...
After backtracking, I think I found the problem.
During the update, it is requiring a drivers for Sync 1 from PTS.
I do not have PTS access. So I am stuck.

I am looking for someone whom can resolve this for me.
You can remote into my laptop and fix.

I am willing to pay you a fee.

This is for a 2013 truck. Aren't you supposed to be using IDS and not FDRS for those years?

And why did you run the PMI? That's not an update, select the software update tab to just see updates. Hopefully someone here can help get you through this.

I have to admit I'm surprised someone would try using FDRS on an IDS vehicle and get that far into it.

A 2013 you'll update sync on the Ford website.
Login to account and find your vehicle and poke around in there you should see sync somewhere. You download files from website to put on USB and plug that into truck. Easy process to do.

That's updating the SYNC 1 software Not the firmware that the hardware is running.
You can use FDRS to do the firmware on a 13 F150.
Ford got rid of the online SYNC 1 software updates. Site not found.

I have access to PTS, but I do not know how to pull the drivers you need. Message me the VIN (do not post it publicly or I won't be able to help) and if you know where to go to get them, tell me and I'll get them for you.
