FX4 is not a deal breaker... you can have the shocks replaced at some time in the future if you don't like the ride quality. Not too expensive. FX4 also can also help with resale.I am on the way to the dealership right now. I am getting the exact metallic blue color with 7.4kw, tow and haul package and bed utility package. The additions they have put on this are the fx4 and some bedliner spray which are adding another $1500. If the price is only reasonably different from Granger I may get this as I did a component by component breakdown and the base price is $58500 which is 4pct below invoice. And then to that I add all the fees. The only things I am concerned about are which ones of these fees are really needed and which ones I should ask them to waive.
1. Registration fee - $484
2. Title $85
3. Temp. Registration plate - $38
4. Documentation fee - $464
5. Tire fee - $7.50
6. Supplemental title fee - $244
7. Notary fee - $5
Would I go wrong getting the fx4 package? The other option is wait 4-6 months for Granger.
Fees 1-4 are pretty standard. Don't forget the sales tax.
The supplemental title fee is an interesting one, but I don't know PA law, so not sure if it negotiable.
The Tire fee is interesting... never heard of that one before. Cheap though.
Notary fee should be part of the doc fee. But it's only $5, so no biggie.
