Well not sure what to do. Worried if I order another kit it’ll be missing parts too but I don’t wanna have another $400-600 in limbo either.

None of the EARNxx codes would work for me. All give me an error that code is expired.

I used SHOP524.

I wish the packages I had weren't picked up. I would've just shipped you the missing pieces. Ford should be doing that anyway instead of making you ship the whole kit back and reorder in hopes all of the pieces are there AND they're undamaged

yeah, that would have been swell...i would have rather paid you for them then go through the trouble i'm having to go through now.

sooo the EARN25 code was used and cant be used. i have a 20% off code i can use and order another kit in hopes i get the pieces i'm missing...i'm afraid if i send the kit i have now back i'll end up in the same boat whereas maybe between the 2 kits i may end up with one complete...just hate that i gotta wrap up that money for some BS.

Again, if those damn brackets werent $75+ a piece i'd just order them to save some headaches and take this as a last time i deal with Ford Accessories but i dont wanna drop another $150-200 for the parts i'm missing
