I think the op just wants the all clear lenses.

What country? Usually countries that drive on the left; the beams ramp left, while U.S. ramp up and right. Basically to give more light toward the shoulder.

Does anyone know if there's anything different outside of aesthetics between the USDM and EDM models? Really like the look but want to make sure the harness will be the same.

If your asking about that headlight specifically, pretty sure that is just a second hand retrofitted headlight that someone is listing as EURO, but has no idea really. I don't believe the actual EURO lights are any different at all. You can tell this light has the Klearz installed along with being blacked out, plus a tab has had some work so definitely retrofitted.

here are some shots of when one was testing. Notice they don’t have the side marker lights in the fenders or markers in the grille but have the lights on the top of the cab.

Ahh, good catch, ya I remember seeing those now. Sucks they lose the amber DRL though so kinda a one step forward, one back kinda deal depending what you want. This explains the differences pretty clearly.

Euro spec headlights have a different type of beam cutoff than North America. See below. The euro beams have a higher and sharper cutoff. DOT beams are flatter. If you get a UK spec, the cutoff will be on the other side. appearance wise, euro spec has a DRL, possibly a parking light (small light) and doesn't require an amber reflector unless to signal.

The Chinese version don't look right without all the marker lights. The amber DRL does look nice, especially when the brightness is turned up to 75%.
