Entering Maintenance info into FordPass. Why has that feature been removed ?

Hi all,
I have been entering my self-performed oil changes and maintenance notes into FordPass for the last year or so. Suddenly in July sometime, I was unable to enter my newest entry, I could not even see the icon in the Android App or in the PC webpage to allow it. My other maintenance notes from June 2023 and older are visible but not editable and I cannot enter anything. This is in the tab "service" then "service history".
Anyone have any insights on this or similar findings ?

Entered data in mine about 3 weeks ago. I would be pretty annoyed in they removed the feature. I want to be able to do my own oil changes, tires rotations, etc., without having to worry about any warranty work down the road.

Still haven't seen evidence that any owner records can be seen by Ford dealers. When I went to trade they said I had no service records they could see but I could show them on the app.

I know that if you have a Carfax account that you can add service records there also, but unsure if they display for others.

I swear there were more buttons maybe said "add service record", not sure as it's gone.

"Schedule service" is just a Ford dealer locator, "maintaining your Ford", is just propaganda"

Maybe I will have to call Ford after all (as much as I don't want to). This, as other post-ers have said was a huge benefit for me as I prefer to do the oil changes myself, and other minor stuff too , tire rotations, wipers, etc. I'm kinda pissed they removed it honestly....

Hit "service history" and on that screen at bottom you'll see "add record" button just like the two posts above show.

Update: I downloaded v 4.29.2 and logged out/logged in and I get the same result

Also, when I hit service history, this is what I get:

No option to enter a service record as fordtruckman2003 mentioned. I don't have any of those icons at all. I have a Samsung S21 FE running the app.

Maybe I will call Ford and see what they have to say
