Does anyone know what changes to make in forscan to enable traffic sign recognition? I cant find anything in the spread sheet.

You'll be experimenting with these settings Mike. IPMA and IPC changes for TSR and APIM changes for menus / settings in Sync. You will have some different to me because I'm in Australia and I have different speed sign formats to the USA.

Kind of surprised that yours is not enabled by default. Every 14th gen F150 I have driven so far regardless of trim level, sign recognition was already enabled and working.

I'll tell you about a recent trip and why my speed sign recognition is left off. While traveling with traffic at about 75mph the darn system picked up on a 35mph side road speed sign and rapidly slowed down in the middle of traffic. Not at all a fun place to be in. Next trip bye the same spot this time no traffic it again picked up the 35mph sign and rapidly slowed the truck.
Now just use the adaptive cruise and call it good enough.

Ah, that is different then what I was referring to. Wasn't aware that this was even a thing.

It's really hit or miss. It believes that most of the highways in Houston have 45 MPH zones every 700 yards (they do not).

@Fordphanatic since you have a Platinum you should already have it. Is it enabled in the cruise control menu?
