First time login for me…. my question is if FDRS down today? I was able to purchase a license and also validate it… but it says I cannot login as there is no connection to the server. The Network Diagnostics tab shows it has internet connection but the FDSP connection and Login server connection as Failed. Would suck if it’s down for the weekend since i bought the two day subscription today.

it’s up. I am using it. Your account might not registered in motorcraft service. You can follow the instruction from the login page and click forget password to redo the process or register a new one. I had the same issue yesterday.

To anyone with a 21-23 XLT and below that is on the latest IPC software, can you post what strategy your IPC is on or message me the VIN so I can check? Is it this, or is there something newer available for it?

Mach1 pilot, sometimes just let it sit for an hour and the login will work magically. Sometimes uninstall FDRS and reinstall will let the login work. Sometimes reboot the computer works. Make sure you are using same login username and password on both FDRS and Motorcraftservice.com, and log into the latter one first.

I don’t have the option to do “Non-Dealer Motorcraft”…. Only “Non-Dealer ETIS”, “Dealer Employee”, and “independent Operator/Mon-Dealer”. I’ve tried the two obvious ones….no luck that cause the problem? My passwords are good, and updated

Independent operator Non dealer is what you want. Give things an hour or so to sync up on Ford servers. Reboot computer in the meantime. Did you buy the 2 day today? If so you get it til Monday night at midnight. Sunday the servers are often down hit or miss in the AM for MX.

attempting to update TCU via CAN and stuck on this stage for about an hour now. Took nearly 3 hours to get to this point on this update. Seems like it’s stuck. I’ve been at this all day. Got the GWM updated and a few of the other smaller ones.
im stuck on 21146 and this apim was replaced by dealer and they gave it back to me in the same state they took it in. Broken. Any insight to get this TCU update to take is appreciated.
