it’s up. I am using it. Your account might not registered in motorcraft service. You can follow the instruction from the login page and click forget password to redo the process or register a new one. I had the same issue yesterday.First time login for me…. my question is if FDRS down today? I was able to purchase a license and also validate it… but it says I cannot login as there is no connection to the server. The Network Diagnostics tab shows it has internet connection but the FDSP connection and Login server connection as Failed. Would suck if it’s down for the weekend since i bought the two day subscription today.

Did you get this resolved?attempting to update TCU via CAN and stuck on this stage for about an hour now. Took nearly 3 hours to get to this point on this update. Seems like it’s stuck. I’ve been at this all day. Got the GWM updated and a few of the other smaller ones.
im stuck on 21146 and this apim was replaced by dealer and they gave it back to me in the same state they took it in. Broken. Any insight to get this TCU update to take is appreciated.
