I Have Sync Version 24216. Isn't that newer than 24127

Reaching out to the experts on here- started the update process on Sunday and have made some progress but I don't believe I'm anywhere near up to date. I have only 4 updates showing now

Pscm- ran multiple times but doesn't clear

Bcm- credentials needed (normal I believe)

Acm- ran multiple times but doesn't clear (normal I believe)

Apim- ran one via USB successfully but now it says "data unavailable for this application"

Any insight would be much appreciated as my license will expire soon

Yes, it is—about three months newer. I haven’t seen this version reported yet. How did you get it? OTA? FDRS?

Did you confirm by looking at the About Sync page on the head unit or was this in the OTA that said Sync 24.2.1.6? If it’s the latter, the About Sync page will probably say 24127.

Says it on the Head unit under software update.

PSCM not coming off is normal now.

Data not available means you will have to wait a bit before the files for the next APIM update release. Usually take a few hours or will happen overnight. You just try again, and it'll work like it is supposed to.

Think I was looking at the wrong place.

Confusion is understandable and it has tripped up others. There is an OTA which is coded Sync 24.2.1.6 but it is not Sync 24216. It’s 24127.

Super bummed...I typically pay for an FDRS license twice a year to update my truck. I see everyone here running a Sync version that was pushed out sometime last year. When I did my most recent update last year, I didn't get a Sync update. I fired up FDRS yesterday and the only two worthwhile updates I had were PCM and the Audio update. My sync version is 23 something. I guess '22 Raptors get no love.

Sure. No argument there. But is the Sync for a Raptor so different from a regular '22 F150 that it doesn't get updated? There is a common software package across the F150s. I'm pretty sure that the Ford developers didn't publish a perfect version of that package when they released the version that I have in my Raptor.

As an example, every time I turn on my truck, it's like playing a game of craps to see what Sync screen will load along with what side card will be selected. Sometimes my audio is off, sometimes it's not. Sometimes the side card will be where I last left it (typically the radio info card), and sometimes it'll be on the offroad card, or the maps card. It's hardly ever consistent. Not sure if anyone else has this issue, but it's definitely something I would have been fixed in a Sync update.

Seem here but I have King Ranch 2022 and every time I've checked FDRS hoping to get the 24127 update but no luck.
