Try reinputting your license activation key. Doubt it will do anything but that license box bugs me.I uninstalled and followed those instructions and still getting this screen. Don’t get what’s wrong.![]()

I’ve never seen that before. Another thing that looks odd is that the “License” box is not green and should be. I’m out of ideas short of uninstalling and reinstalling as recommended above.
Definitely followed all the steps you’ve all said to do. It shows my license is good. I see a license verification button,. Should I select that? Maybe it needs to verify with licensing server? Only thing I don’t get is when I log into my motorcraftservice.com site. It doesn’t list any subscriptions for the license I bought. But it shows under my account info all my correct information. Name, email, address etc. only difference is it had me make a username which I did. But when I try using that to login versus my main email and password I always use for ford pass app and whatnot, it doesn’t work.I’ve never seen that before. Motorcraft service is not where you bought your license. It won’t show up there. You bought your license at Helm, a Ford affiliate. If you log back in there you can find your purchase history. Then you may have bought the wrong license. Motorcraft service is not where you buy FDRS licenses. Go to the first post in this thread for the correct license server link.I did. I can see it on their site. Shows valid. So I don’t know then. Maybe the site is having issues.. I’ll keep trying. Thanks
Ok. That’s good. Click the license box and see if you can input or verify your code.I didn’t buy there I got from helm site that showed in the forums step by step info.

Don't experiment with the other things you see in there. If there is nothing wrong with your truck, there is nothing else you need to do other than the updates. Once you have applied all updates, post here so we can check where you are before your license expires. Right now, you are not on the latest Sync but you are showing the right updates to progress forward.I posted this elsewhere but this is probably a more appropriate place.
This question is probably a little vague but Im going through the update process with FDRS right now and I honestly am not sure what I should be expecting. I see a lot of mention about power ups etc and sync versions. When I ask for a VIN lookup, how do you know what versions I have? After these updates, will I be on the latest version of everything or?
Where do I find what versions I’m on and which I should be on?
Lastly…do I only do the updates in the SW Updates tab? There seems to lots I can do if I go hunting lol

Ok…all SW Updates are complete. I have 2 orange CMDTC’s detected. Sync is still at 23159 Rev 915.Don't experiment with the other things you see in there. Clear the DTC'S and rescan the truck. You should get all green lightsOk…all SW Updates are complete. I have 2 orange CMDTC’s detected. Sync is still at 23159 Rev 915.
