Now that you mention that, it does seem to happen a lot more often when I use remote start, I wonder if there is something hosed in the profile associated with that.

May be worthwhile to erase all profiles and reassign.

Hello everyone, I am trying to update my truck with the mongoose cable and the motorcraft license. I can't log in with fdrs. I tried 2 different options. I put the ford username and email as id. It seems wrong to me. I tried recover password and it opened a page with an error. the password and username are correct. Anybody knows what could be the problem? Yesterday I paid the license of 50 USD for 2 days. I did the connection test and everything passed. It's just that it would be the first time I connect my truck with FDRS, it tells me that it has to be online, which I try. I attach some image.

I tried with Independent Operator/non-dealer and with Non-Dealer ETIS. try to log in with both using my motorcrafts user/mail and password. always Authentification failed.
i wish this is the correct post to write this.

You aren't a dealer employee, just in case that's what you are choosing.

Go to the Motorcraft website where you bought your license. Reset your password. Then log into FDRS as an Independent Operator using the new credentials.

yes but use every information from USA account. And use vpn too to shows Ip from USA. i tryed both, USA and Argentina internet. when i try Internet Test, i receibe all ok, Pass.
i ll try to uninstall and reinstall again .

Most likely simple issue with login email or password typo.

FYI, he's not yelling, he just has his CAPS LOCK key on for work a lot of the time, haha.

@FRaptorArg go directly to Ford Motorcraft website and try to login, if it doesn't work reset password there. Don't try to reset password inside FDRS login.

Use Non-Dealer Independent login in FDRS.
