finally got the login issue fixed. It involved uninstalling FDRS and proactively logging in to Ford service with a new account and having it open in the background in Microsoft edge.

Here is what I am getting this morning. Any help/suggestions?
Not really sure....I haven't come across this one. Were you able to get past it?

It's the last one on the list. The others went through fine this morning.

I thought if no one had any solutions I would just try again later or tomorrow.

Might not be the last one. That's one of the modules that once updated may release more. I am pretty sure another one will pop up after that one.

Is the TCM showing green in FDRS? No codes in it?

You can try a PMI and when FDRS asks if it is the original module, select "no". It may not work, but it won't hurt.

I've had issues with updates going through and restarting the laptop completely has helped in the past to get through a pesky update.

I am getting the exact error on the TCU also
Then it may be an issue on Ford's side. Maybe one of the guru's can chime in on the issue.

What Sync version does your truck say it is on?

@UNCGrad Same question.....what sync does your toruchscreen say you're on?

When I'm looking at the screen and on the left are all the modules the TCU is green. I don't see a TCM one.

I restated the laptop and got the same error when I ran it again.

How do I run the PMI?

Been updating everything yesterday and today. Just installed the APIM update and then the TCU update showed up. Sync is 23291_Product Revision:1049

Sorry...I meant to say TCU.

Click the TCU icon on the left in the toolbox tab and then everything you can do to that module appears on the right. The PMI procedure is usually towards the bottom of the list.

The you both are at the latest Sync and that TCU update is the equivalent to OTA 6.4.0. Not sure what the issue is. That I know of, that update has not been a PITA to install unless something changed recently.

I tried running the PMI and I got the module configuration has failed.
