I’m not sure a dealer would be willing to help you with this unless your ACM is malfunctioning and they could put it through as a repair. Out of date doesn’t count as broken.I tried it again a few minutes ago and received the same error. Is this something I can bug the dealer or does it matter?
As for the error, I’m not 100% sure of the cause but I think it’s telling you that as-built configuration data is missing from the cloud so FDRS can’t complete the update. Repairing the cloud data is not something you can fix yourself. My understanding is you have to use FDRS to open up a technical support ticket, which won’t help you with a 2-day license.
At this point, if everything seems to be working ok, you might want to leave it alone. If it really bothers you, there are people who can help you side load the update.
