Absolutely. E15 is compatible according to the user manual. I doubt you’ll see any difference at all between it and E10 87 octane.

The Sheetz convenience store chain sells their 88 octane fuel at a nice discount. I topped off my tank yesterday for $2.90/gallon at a Sheetz that has been in a two year “gas war” with a Walmart gas station. The onboard guesstimator thought I could go 520 miles without refueling.

I used a bunch of 88 in my 2011 Tacoma without any issue except saving money at the pump. Since trading up last December I frequently use it in my 23 F150 2.7lt and get 2-3 more mpg without any noticeable change in performance.

I don’t know why but that’s what my onboard computer believes too. I’ve run my F150 on 87, 88 and 91, but only one tank of the 91. After finishing my 320 mile trip yesterday my truck says we averaged 25 mpg using 88. I normally get 22-23mpg with 87.

Yes. It will run an e20 as well on the factory computer. You'll get a little more power out of it as well.
