Is it safe to run e15/88 fuel in the 2.7l?

Absolutely. E15 is compatible according to the user manual. I doubt you’ll see any difference at all between it and E10 87 octane. Is it safe to run e15/88 fuel in the 2.7l?
Your mileage improves with a higher percentage of alcohol in your fuel?2-3 more mpg without any noticeable change in performance.
I don’t know why but that’s what my onboard computer believes too. I’ve run my F150 on 87, 88 and 91, but only one tank of the 91. After finishing my 320 mile trip yesterday my truck says we averaged 25 mpg using 88. I normally get 22-23mpg with 87.Your mileage improves with a higher percentage of alcohol in your fuel?
Yes. It will run an e20 as well on the factory computer. You'll get a little more power out of it as well.Is it safe to run e15/88 fuel in the 2.7l?
