Differences 21 f150 vs 23 f150

Just looking to see what the differences are from a 21 f150 lariat to a 23 aside from the gain of a heated steering wheel.

23’s cant be tuned to my knowledge without hardware added to the truck

im sure there are other small differences but super minor if any.

Honestly it seems like the 21’s build “quality” are better. A lot of 23’s in here lately with issues and yes seems like the 21’s actually came with options as advertised (I.e. heated wheel, massage seats,parking sensor etc.)
Normally things get better as they build them year by year but it seems opposite now . Hopefully the 24’s get a bit better again

the 2nd half of 2023 trucks have HSW. the first half for sure did not lol.

2021s came with all items in designated packages.
2022s were a roll of the dice with 'deletes'.
2023s had multiple deletes and as far as I know, not one had factory MCS.

I don't have any comparisons vs any other 21+ modes but to my past 2018 , however i can without a doubt say my 2022 has had many more issues then my 18 did. Build quality/squeaks/rattles is on another level with my 2022 .

Nope I have the 2024 Raptor black circle on top its luke warm not worth the clock spring and extra harness.

Nope I have the 2024 Raptor black circle on top its luke warm not worth the clock spring and extra harness.

I found the default temp lacking and very uneven across the wheel, I upped the temp using forscan and it is a night and day difference in usefulness. I would recommend you give that a shot and see if you are any happier with it.
