Current Shipping Delays

This is ridiculous and I have emailed the 3 executives everyday for the past 6 days and nothing but crickets.

Hate to say it. you have only been in for 55 days. Im at 71 days and just got another push back yesterday to 7/30-8/5. You've got a while yet LOL

I sincerely apologize for the extended delays that you have experienced. I have submitted an inquiry to our support team seeking an update on your vehicle shipping.



It typically takes a few days to receive a response, but as soon as I am notified I will contact you with the updates that I receive."

Second email: " From what I see your vehicle is due to ship between July 15th- July 21st. I am going to continue monitoring this as I wait for an update from support. If anything changes, I will definitely advise. "

So same as the revised shipping email, no more detail then what I already had. I even called my dealer the other day and he was like it's the 15th-21st like the email that you got the other day says...so no one has any information at all.

I started looking for trucks around me but nothing I want so I guess I will just continue to sit in the shipping nightmare and hug myself at night waiting for it to end lol.

I did ask her to open an internal ticket and find out why the previous ship windows were missed and if that problem has been resolved because if it hasn't this is just a waste of time.

That’s what a flat car is but no way that’s correct. Never seen a truck on a flat car they are more for big tractors and that type of stuff.
