I didn't have any issues with my trade but I only put like 3k miles on it from order to delivery. But have put close to 1000 miles...
It shows convoy because the last part of the journey is a truck. It will only show rail if a trucking company is not involved...kind of dumb but that's how their system is set up. A lot of the guys from the 5/16 build week had convoy and most shipped rail then convoy...mine was straight convoy...
I think most of us that were stuck in that hell got our trucks now. Hang in there it will be worth the wait. I say that as I am without mine until tomorrow night since they are doing the spray in bedliner today and tomorrow undercoat/ceramic coating.
Glad I went with the sport pack on my xlt to avoid the chrome bs haha. The visibility is great for sure…I only did a test run and test run is a strong term with my 10 ft trailer hooked up and moved it to the road to make sure the drop on the hitch was right and then backed it back in haha
It’s definitely different. I like them for sure. But it took me about a day to get use to them cause the bottom mirror is like the same height as my escapes mirror so had to learn to look higher. And definitely have to pay attention one side streets to make sure you don’t hit them on anything...
So I still don’t have an email from ford for shipping. And it maybe after I emailed someone from the executive office that has been emailing me. I sent a kind of nasty email last night after another change in delivery date. And then did say sorry I am just frustrated after my nasty part.
Did you ever get a response from anyone in the ford executive office? And how often were you emailing them? And was it the same email everytime? And did you use your vin as the subject line? Thanks for the information and glad it looks like your nearing the end of waiting for your truck.
I have been emailing some lady in the executive office she has been of little help too. Just says sorry they keep missing dates I will let you know if anything changes and I have put in a ticket to support…blah blah blah.
Well techinically mine is still awaiting shipment but it had at one time been in transit then switched back to awaiting shipment but never left dearborn.
