That’s what a flat car is but no way that’s correct. Never seen a truck on a flat car they are more for big tractors and that type of stuff.

I bet someone at ford gets his darts out and throws at the word convoy or rail for every order and that's how they pick it haha. I mean mine could be shipped rail still but to me it would be silly to ship it that way when the dealership is 4 hours from dearborn or 1.5 hours to the closest rail...

Convoy can be both, I believe it's how it ends that the consider. Cause for the most part it would go on a truck unless the dealer is next to the rail yard I would think. Cause @kevdog0710 window sticker says Convoy but I know he has a rail car number now from the Current Shipping Delays thread.

Sure just rub it in...I was hoping to have mine for a camping trip this weekend but don't see that happening unless it ships tonight and the dealer gets it tomorrow (Thursday is the end of this round of delivery window).

Probably cause it seems like Ramp 58 is the railroad and then Ramp 59 is truck.

I think it depends on how you ask the question to them. Cause I asked them what is the status, where is it, and is on any kind of hold. Got back awaiting shipping, no holds or shortages, Ramp 59 Dearborn Truck Plant, MI.

That is my hope too and ordertrack still has it awaiting shipment as well as ford. Mine has the July 15th-21st

Mine now is the same! Maybe we might finally get our vehicles...but still not holding my breath.

Hope your dealers alerts are more accurate than mine. Since mine got a call June 2nd that the trucking company had it, even showed in transit on ordertrack and shipped on ford's tracking. Then on June 18th it switched back to awaiting shipment on both.

I got an update last night too July 15-21st. The other dealer sold the one that I was interested in so I guess our waiting continues.

Well I just emailed another dealer that has a vehicle closely spec'd to what I ordered a few minor difference and Carbonized Grey instead of Black and chrome instead of sport but we will see if they get back to me. Since I gave them all the numbers from my order and the rebates and what not and...

Nope it’s going 4 hours from Dearborn so expect truck. I did a call from my dealer on June 2nd saying the trucking company called them and picked it up…but clearly not lol
