Thanks tried the vice already, no luck. Will keep at it. Would be interested in your offer if you find it.
That location is really not seen much, you could cut out more plastic Console area to get a better bite on that broken bolt/screw and then use a large fender washer after replacing the new bolt.
If you can slide back the console after removing all the other bolts or screws, go ahead and do your ambient lighting, and then tackle that issue afterwards.

I don’t think I have the correct side of that cable… here’s what I do have though

I used a bungee to hold the door panel up and out, but I did not remove it completely. I hooked the bungee on the grab bar inside the door frame.

I think I am a little confused.

so I started on the same door panel you show in the pictures. I got the lower light bar in and screwed. All good there. My truck has the top light bar already. Am I missing the harness that connects the two?? Both light bars have harnesses coming out of them but I don’t see how I get power to the second one?

When I installed my door ambient lighting, my vehicle only came with one small upper spotlight ambient lighting fixture that plugged into the gray power plug.

When I installed the new ambient lighting harness with a lower light bar and a small upper spotlight ambient lighting fixture -they were wired together on one new harness , and all I had to do was unplug in the existing gray connector from the old upper light on the door and plug the new one in.

I did not have any extra lighting or plugs to use.
again, I only had one upper light plugged into the gray power plug,
the new harness came with two lights, (one small upper and one lower bar) that were wired together, and then I plugged them into the existing gray plug for power.

Thank you. I was all backwards for some reason. My truck had the upper pocket harness and light. I was expecting an actual light bar like the lower is. But it’s just a small little dot light. I had to take the existing harness/dot light out and put the new light in which has the light bar and the dot LED light… makes more sense now!

You will remove the old existing single ambient spotlight, discard it, and plug, the new harness with the light bar, and the spotlight in its place.
Remove your old upper ambient light and harness-discard.

Let me correct myself,
keep your old, ambient, lighting harness with the single, small spotlight,
do not discard it Or throw it away.
Keep it for future use somewhere else, if possible or if that’s what you choose to do.

Ok, finished. Thanks to all for the timely tips, and @JHForman812 for the harness. All 4 doors and the cup holder. now waiting for the media and glove box lights to come off hold. Only wounded warrior was the bolt to slide the console out. Not too visible but irritating to my pride. That sucker's not coming out...yet. Had one scare, everything was plugged back in, and got a "key not detected error". MAKE SURE EVERYONE PLUGS THE ANTENNA INTO THE CUP HOLDER!!

I finished everything today. Door panel lights, media bin light (23, so had to cut hole with dremel), cup holder lights (funny factory cupholder came with the cup clamps with rubber band), glove box light (hole was present) and Climate control with LCD.

I want to note, unbolting the console is not necessary and you don’t need to move it back. I was able to remove everything, even the media bin completely without moving the console back (though I did remove the climate control and radio knob/skipper piece along with trim bezels). Here are some pictures throughout the journey. Hope they help some. I want to thank everyone in this thread. This would not be possible without your help.

Any insight into the steps you took to add the Media light and cup holder light without unbolting and moving the console will be a big help for this thread. Thanks.

You Da Man!!! If I can do the Media and Cupholder lights without moving the console that would be outstanding. I know that will be a big benefit to a lot of people here. Thanks!
