Were you able to DM them per their instructions. I attempted to DM them using the instructions that they provided to you and get the message that I can't DM them.
Ford is no longer monitoring the account on here. Not that they ever really did any good in the first place. All the Ford reps did was open a customer care case for you and on rare occasions would call you and the dealer about the issue/repair. For the vase majority of people who tried sending their info to the Ford account it ended up being a waste of time.
I have a creak noise where you grab the interior door handle area. If my knee rests against the door, it makes it worse. I haven't found any way to remedy the creaking noise.
[/QUOTE. Besides another annoying creaking coming from either the right side of my dashboard or as I have seen posted, from behind the black plastic piece that conceals the screws for the sideview mirror, I do believe that I have found the source of creaking sounds in the front armrests.
I am experiencing the same issues when my knee or a passenger's knee makes contact with the armrest. After looking at the armrest closely, I noticed where it changed from the faux leather to the black plastic leading towards the switches there is a gap in two places.
When you grab the door handle tight in that area the sound does disappear but any slight contact and it will creak like crazy. It's seems as though there are two tabs that are either broken internally or not engaging properly.
I will be checking with my dealership to see how this will be handled.
They still were in the 90's-current. Had two VW GTI's and both while mechanically amazing were literal rattle traps inside. Same for every Dodge I have ever been in.

Nope. It only creaks now if my knee rest against it. I’ve just learned to live with it or turn the radio up .
