I took my truck to the dealer and they said unfortunately, it's a bad design from Ford and there's nothing they can do about it. It's frustrating to think a 80k truck can squeak and creek like an old Buick and we're told to just live with it. I'd like to turn the truck back in and move on from it.

Thank you for the suggestion Jerome10. I think I narrowed it down to the faux wood trim on the door panel. That is the worst creaking area but I have another on the plastic trim area around the window controls. Hopefully I can figure a fix out for these areas.
