For context: He just bought his truck. It's a job 1 2021 stuck on the broken 20301 software. If someone can just set him up with the USB update so he can leave it in there until it kicks off, I'll then set him up on the list here to borrow one of mine.

for requests going forward, it would be good practice to include your location when requesting a loaner. I generally click through the list to see if anybody is local to me but it would be much quicker if the location was right there. I would assume that there are others who would be willing to lend out locally.
