Well, Happened again. Dealer called said truck is on it's way. Called an hour later, sorry your truck did not show up. Driver says he could not find it. I looked at google maps and found the car yard. Every row has a letter and every parking space has a number ! How hard can it be to look at a piece of paper with numbers and letters. Look someone in the eye and say, sorry can't find the truck. Sorry Small rant. Maybe next week.

I have a feeling there is a black hole there. Supposedly my truck is there also. Dealer told me it would be here a week ago. No sign of it.

Jack Cooper is the trucking company contracted by Ford that does all the Ford deliveries to my dealer. They are out of Prescott WI. I have called them, no help very rude angry people. Basically don't give a crap. Combination of black hole and people that don't care

If I had to guess, most of the cars and trucks at the lot are covered in snow from the storm last week and they don't want to clean them off....I talked to the Ford regional inventory manager for the midwest area. He can see my truck with his gps tracking system. We know it is there.

The BlueBoost didn't make it far today. It was in Bogard, MO yesterday and today it's in Kansas City. It only made 80-90 miles. It must be making a train swap. It will make it to Denver next week.

Btw vin view will give you exact location the whole trip if you are able to get your dealer to access it. Mine would give me updates on the location every day and set me up for texts but the texts were only giving info for train transfers and stops.

I wish! I mentioned vin view and dealer said that they don’t use that system to track and the one that they do use, I couldn’t have access to. No biggie. I feel like the closer it gets the more anxious we get. The up side is that my eta moved up. We will see if it’s true.

That’s great news. I don’t get why all the dealers are so stingy with all the info.

@PPEng15 any news? This is driving me crazy that you haven’t been built yet. Just saw on another thread that someone was told their truck was In storage. What the hell does that even mean? I think he said it needed to go body shop or something like that

No news. They worked on it this week at Flat Rock and drove it back to Melvindale.
No news on the 23 order either. Dealer said they ordered it, but I never received a confirmation.

I know it is easy to say "go order another one from a different dealer" but the money no longer works out. Trade value down, truck prices up, interest rates up.

I am locked in at this point. Good thing I have the patience of a saint!

Just want you to get that truck! My last destination was flat rock before it shipped. Hopefully it’s good news for you. Just noticed that Melvindale has huge rail yard there.
