Hi Guys,

In some of the reviews it says it is a really tight fit, is it so tight that it's hard to pull up to get to stuff underneath?

I wouldn't say mine was really tight, but it is definitely on the firm side of snug.

Mine goes in easily enough, but does stick just a bit when trying to remove. Its a minor annoyance and doesn't detract from the usage for me, but I suppose if you have medical issues causing a weak or frail upper body it could be an issue

This is a nice tray, unfortunately it looks like it limits access to the space underneath, or at least makes accessing it a PITA.

Same issue.

I’m not sure how Ford Quality Control didn’t catch this issue. If a Ford engineer actually test drove one of these completed trucks they could fix small things like this before they ship.

A robber band around each end of the tray works perfect. Cheap, non-permanent and won't leave any tape residue.

Just grab a tray from the previous generation truck. I still have the try from my 2018 Raptor. It’s just a bit shorter, fits snug in the grooves and doesn’t move without a bit of effort.

OK that's kind nice. I took mine out because it's pointless and slid around, I also like the giant storage container in the middle of the truck, but this would be a nice middle ground.
