Center 12" Screen Freezing On Startup

I am hoping someone else has had this issue and knows a solution.

The big center screen freezes up occasionally. This keeps my 360 and backup cameras (and everything else running on the screen) from turning on. To me this is a bit of a safety hazard to back up in a parking lot without it. It sometimes freezes on a blank screen and sometimes on the 75th ed screen. If I reset it by pushing the radio power and fast forward buttons together and holding them down for an eternity (really a few seconds) it will then work.

I have taken it to the dealer 3 times already - I do understand that chasing a gremlin like this involves a bit of trying this and that before diving into bigger things.

First time they updated the software. I had a similar issue on my Subaru and this solved it.

Second time they reloaded the software.

Third time they replaced the center screen which I believe includes the module that runs it.

They are now trying to get a Ford Service Engineer to come and take a look at it to see it they can troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Also in the middle of this, and it may not actually be related, my Blue Cruise does not seem to work. I have driven a few times on the interstate where it worked in the past and now it does not. It could be that I need to try it somewhere else and see if it works.

If anyone has had the same Issue how was it resolved? Thanks

These screen freezing up has happened to me a few times. It always loads but you know how time drags when you're waiting for something.

I never did a reset, just put it on the charger that night. Issue gone. I use any gremlins as clues to charge the 12V and so far, it has been prescient.

FYI, I just checked the trucks State of Charge and it is 75% which should be OK.

Don’t send nothing to these dick breath cockroaches. They literally do nothing and won’t ever get back to you. I wish I could say some very specific stuff to you right now but I’ve already gotten a warning from the last time I did it. I hope you step in dog shit today and your car never starts again.
