Mint condition. Those ugly marks on the lower chrome bar are just water marks. Only one tiny rock chip as seen in the second photo. A meet is preferred as it’s obviously fairly large but willing to ship if you pay for it.
Located in Bolton, ON. Canada but willing to meet almost anywhere in and...
Step dad called it the storm trooper. When the time comes for new wheels I’m really hoping to score a set of those 18” wheels that come factory on the XLT Sport model. One of my all-time favourite designs
Yeah, those holes are meant for lights but I didn’t want them and it also meant that I got a massive discount for the grill since it didn’t include the lights.
This might be the first one I keep when the lease is up as long as nothing bad mechanically happens to it over the next couple of years.
If I do end up keeping it I’ll start putting a little money into it with the mods but for now I don’t have any plans to do anything outside of scheduled...
I’m pretty sure the actual rattler wheels are the same ones just black but wife said to leave them alone unless you’re gonna pay to get them done properly. Nothing worse than peeling wheels.
We never got the rattler option in Canada and I wanted one so bad so I was forced to make it myself.
My master plan was to get an XL and all I’d have to do is get black wheels and I’d be set but when i went to order it they’ve already stopped taking orders for the 2023’s.
It’s almost...
My 21 XLT came with some Michelin Primacy XC’s that were pretty shitty. I ended the lease with around 80k km’s and they were totally cooked by that time.
That feel is real. I haven’t slept in two days. The weird thing is, every F150 that I’ve seen in the past couple of days doesn’t even have a hole in that spot. I have an XLT without the tow hitch. Maybe it’s only certain models like mine that have the holy bumper.
Just noticed that little black cap that covers that hole is gone. Not sure if it just popped off somewhere or if someone snatched it. Do I need a new one or am I good the way it is? Thanks in advance
Thanks for the fast reply. There’s barely any incline on my driveway but at least I now know that there is some thing there to cause that noise.
I don’t know a whole lot about mechanical stuff so I thought my truck was doing some weird stuff or maybe someone put something on my truck without me...
As soon as I got home, I got out of the truck and went to check out the passenger side looking for any marks because I thought I heard a rock or something hit it while I was driving.
Luckily I didn’t find anything, but while I was in that area pretty much right beside the bed I heard this weird...
When you’re not using 4WD how often do you get the noise? I’m always on 2H and it has cut down drastically. I’ll get the noise now maybe once every two or three weeks, and it only lasts for a couple of seconds.
I really hope that works for you. A few guys had some parts swapped out, I don’t think it was cables but some white plastic parts that worked for them. So if this doesn’t work out for you I’ll try to find what those parts were and you can get them to swap those out.
Whenever you get the chance please let us know exactly what was done so we can just show it to our dealer and do the same. Thanks again for everything you put into this and sharing it with us. You’re a good man.
At least they were fair enough to let us know that any repairs might not be a permanent fix. It’s been happening a lot less the past couple of weeks even with the cold temperature. I’ll probably only encounter it maybe once a week or less nowadays.
Thanks a lot. At least we know exactly whats going on. Have you had anything repaired or replaced on your truck yet pertaining to this particular issue?
Don’t send nothing to these dick breath cockroaches. They literally do nothing and won’t ever get back to you. I wish I could say some very specific stuff to you right now but I’ve already gotten a warning from the last time I did it. I hope you step in dog shit today and your car never starts...
I’m sorry my dude but whatever the dealer does probably won’t work if you live somewhere cold. There are some cases where they replace certain parts and everything works out but for the three years I had my 2018, there was nothing myself or any dealer could do to fix it. I know that most of the...
