Likely not, the 5.0 has a larger throttle body (87 mm) and intake plenum as it consumes more CFM of air then the 3.5 EcoBoost. 5.0 TB is 87 mm, EcoBoost is only 68 mm, quite a different in size.

Consumes more CFM of air? Is that really true?

Current generation 4 5.0L flows about 320 CFM, a factory 7.4L 454 flowed about 275 CFM on the best iron heads. Turns out spinning a 4-valve 5.0 liter up to 7,000 rpm takes a shit ton of air. CNC’d aftermarket 3.5 heads I have seen are around 315, I’d imagine stock they are in the upper 200’s like the 454.

How much air does the 3.5L consume at 6250 RPM and both turbos pushing 20 PSI?
