The people who began asking this question should be aware that it was asked before and these were the findings.

If they believe it is false, they need to present data that backs up their findings. I don't believe they have done so at this point.

If and when they do, I will listen. However, worth noting that they too are posting information on a .gov domain so they are also not independent if that is what you are looking for.

Oil is inelastic and if you're an oil company, trump really isn't your guy. He wants to expand drilling, which increases supply and thus lowers the price. Oil companies really want $100+/barrel, trump wants it at $40. That'd be as smart as federal employees and their unions backing him when he said he wants to cut the size of the govt.

People are going to use oil regardless. We have no choice.

Yup oil companies already not wanting to produce more because of upfront costs and in 3 years they are afra6it all gets rolled back and they are out billions in drilling, equipment etc

Very true….a huge expense for every new hole.

A 'generous benefactor' just gave her access to a whole lot of free compute
It was taking 12hrs+ to process databases on a 16 core machine on top of having to download terabytes of data. Bandwidth and compute constraints no longer an issue.

F150 doesn't need a big v8 in it. The 5.0 is sufficient for the task. It slaps around GM's 6.2 pretty good, and also doesn't throw rods out of the block or have lifters collapse.

I'm rather surprised they didn't do a 5.0 hybrid -- that 220ftlbs of torque would really help it out. Instead they created a torque monster w/ the 3.5.

I slapped my old Gtech on my windshield today and did some 0-60 runs and got 0-60 MPH in 5.41 seconds with my 4,900 lb Super cab pig F-150 XL with 5.0. I would say the 5.0 is sufficient ?. .

The 5.0 out-torques and out powers the old 7.5L 460 C.I Big Block all day long. The 5.0L makes 35 lb ft more torque and 145 HP more than the big block Ford.

Couple that with a 4.69:1 1st gear ratio, and the 5.0 will pull twice the house down that the big block could ever do
