Just out of curiosity: where are you located? Might not be in the market for a total system rework but damn it if I'm not curious

You're closer to me than you are to Florida. Just saying ?
Well we might have to talk then. I’m assuming you do this for a living. Should I send you a message or you want to send me a number and maybe we can talk after turkey day. I’d like to get something done.

I’ll admit I’ve never actually heard the Unleashed system, only the regular B&O. I am getting the Unkeashed in my Platinum though. I thought the H/K in my Ram Limited sounded decent and many reviews have ranked the Unleashed even higher. So, what’s wrong with the Unleashed system?

Can you post how you got to the dash speakers?

No sound stage. Too many Speakers.
The head rest and ceiling Speakers are virtually useless for correct sound. With using just the pillars for 5k and up, two dash speakers for 409 to 5k, front doors for

Way too many Speakers. The headliner. Ceiling and center dash Speakers absolutely kills Soundstage. There is no depth of sound. Power output is dismal. No headroom for bass reproduction.
I used all JL audo components with just one 10 inch back mounted sup. My system was tuned using the JLMax 5 microphone system by the dealer and it sounds amazing. When the speakers are time aligned and proper cutoffs set the sound stage is 3d. With full sound deadening and proper design sub enclosure AND dedicated 800w Amp the bass is not only heard down to 20hz but felt below that. Don't get into the trap that you you think you need more than one 1 sub.
Even going big like a 12 inch is going to introduce challenges in tuning. Sure you can get some window shaking SPL levels with mega subs but they won't tune for accuracy. Bass is supposed to be tight, accuracy time aligned and crossed over to blend well with the rest if your speakers. Right now other than the sub and electronic changes I'm still using the factory door and dash speakers. The sound difference is better than my home system that I have over 13k invested.
Using the factory speakers was a failed experiment. We wanted to see how good the tuned system can sound. Amazing! Until the dash speakers started to rattle in higher frequency especially with vocals. My truck is going back in next week for the pillar and dash speakers.
OP has done a phenomenal job of designing his system. I can't tell if he is trying to use too many speakers. There is alot of frequency curves showing on his tuning screen and I can't tell what lines corispond to what speakers.
Time alignment of the speakers are essential in sound stage presentation. Having each speaker including the sub hit your ears at the exact time is critical in soundcstage. Using the headliner and ceiling speakers kill any hope of sound stage. Anyone can make a system that plays loud but accuracy is the key. When the soundtrack has emphasis on base rimshots along with a click drum and the note hits you I'm the chest without the truck sheetmetal ringing you will have a smile on your face. Tight base, along with visualization of each instrument playing on the stage is something to hear.
You can tune your truck with only the two side dash and pillar speakers, you front door speakers and just one 10 inch propery inclosed sub.
Having all the speakers like the B&O Unleashed factory is a gimmic. The only reason I bought my truck with it was to get the speaker locations.

Now on to the source of your music. I use android auto and subscriptions to high bitrate music. I subscribe to Tital and Qobuz. High def streaming services. It really matters. The Ford head unit is amazing. It doesn't introduce any problems with sound pass-through. It's interaction with android auto is impressive.
Sources like Spotify are absolutely junk. Nothing from Spotify sounds good.
Unfortunately when you have a property tuned system you will realize that most of your prerecorded files from your phone sound pretty bad.
Android auto on your phone connected to your headunit you can see the bitrate.
I go 1 step further . I use ROON music server at home. It's a streaming software that combines all my subscriptions, stored music. It combines everything I have into one screen. Like a Spotify screen. You search for an artist, song, style, Roon will display your search using every available source
I have a two Tera bite hard drive with music that Roon has categorized every track including album art. It combines my subscription services into one screen.
If I have a track that I have saved on my hard drive and it's a pretty low bit rate song ROON will search my subscriptions for the same song at the higher bitrate it find on the internet. Its like ROON says (yes I can play your old crappy version from you hard drive but I can find the same high definition version from your subscriptions instead) pretty cool!
Anyway ROON has the ability to serve everything I do at home to me truck. It's called CORE. It's runs on a small cheep micr computer a Nuke. CORE is a gateway that streams my internet music library and music services out on the internet and to my phone running android auto. Android auto displays the album art and receives the high lossless tracks and using Bluetooth and wifi to the sync headunit. Android auto has apps that it can run on the Ford sync. It will run CORE.
End result is I can play every high definition, lossless music from my home to my truck or anyway in the world that has internet.
Riding my bike, fishing in Costa Rica, in a plane with wifi. Every music service even Spotify I have access. .
No more USB drives, no more space hogging music files on my phone. If you have any internet you have access to your files and subscriptions from home.

Back to the truck. When you have a tuned system on your truck you can hear the major difference between CD quality and High Deff sources. Unfortunately you will also hear how bad Spotify sounds compared to high definition Qobuz and Tidal streaming is.
Good thing is your factory sync 4 headunit along with android auto or carplay is awesome. They all work together without mucking up the sound.

Unfortunately my system and OP's system costs 3 to 4 thousand.
Just changing out the speakers is nit going to do much. The B&o Amp is woefully underpowered and does nothing to tune and crossover the sound.
If your on a budget changing the speakers are a good starting point but the B&O Amp won't be able to run the new speakers well.
Factory speakers are designed to produce decent levels at only about 12 watts per channel. Super high efficiency speakers. When you replace your speakers with something like kappa that are designed to run with 4 ohm 100 watt Amos they will sound very light.
You can't just replace the Amp. The B&O Amp gets its signal from the sync using fiber optic cable. You need a interface that converts the fiber optic supplied signal from the sync headunit to digital. The amps then have standard signal to work with.
Ultimately I don't regret getting the Unleashed system. It had most of the speaker locations and wiring to build upon. The only wire I had to add was to the pillars. They were driven off the sync unit. I had fish the new wire from the new Amp that was placed behind rear seat up to the speakers.

@Jbcaindo, how did you get the 693C to fit in the front door location? Crutchfield is showing they won’t fit for mine with the mounting bracket to give rear clearance. Sorry if you you show it in the photos, they aren’t loading for me. I have a 23 Powerboost Lariat SCREW, being Gen14 I would assume our doors have the same clearances?

You list out the 753T specifically, is it the same as comes with the 693c box? Looks the same from what Crutchfield shows.

thanks in advance!

Crutchfield shows only 1 6x9 fitting so they're clearly broken. I have a pair with a depth of 3.125" that fit fine if that helps

I believe I am going to try the mObridge DSP amplifier route. If not I will use the mObridge DA-G2 A2B preamp with an Audison Forza or Helix amp(s). I really like Audison's offerings but Helix is also top tier other than Mosconi

What are you going to use for subs? I was looking at it but the sub channel is meh. If you're doing a single 10 or 12 in a ported box it'd be okay but duals in a sealed needs more power to really hit. $1600 buys ya 1kg of mobridge amp or nearly 2kg of silver

More of an SQ guy. I would rather pay more for simplicity and reducing wiring. I barely have any free time but hoping to get this done during recovery from foot surgery and in a cast for awhile. Silver and gold are a great investment, my in-laws buy and sell as part of their business.

I feel ya on that but I've already got A2B taken care of and an audiocontrol D5-1300 running 7 channels w/ 600w going to 2 10s in a sealed box. I like both sq and the ability to thump. Depends on the mood. If they dropped the "sub" and dropped the price to $1200 it becomes far more attractive assuming it's quality gear.
