My '22 came with 3-year complimentary BC, which expires May 22, 2025. Today, Ford Pass showed that a 90-day trial was active and would expire on May 22, after which it will become a subscription. I'm confused by the payment options. The screen shots show what I mean. Options are monthly, annual, and a third option with $0.00/year which saves $495 vs annual plan. What is this third option about?

I have the same thing and have no idea what the $0 option is about.

I bought the $0 option. It’s a free year of Blue Cruise. They still took my credit card #, but it my app now says that the subscription will renew at the original expiration date, adding 12 months.

This is interesting. I received a similar thing today in that it says I have a free trial of bc until 6/26/25. But I don’t get the 0 dollar upgrade option only the $495 per year.

I haven’t seen the update to bc 1.4, so not sure if I just got it or something? But I know I had a free trial already. Maybe it has something to do with my vehicle being a demo mode vehicle for a few miles before I got it.

I just thought the trials started when the vehicle was first put into “service”. Interested to see if it works today.

Sure enough, started the truck and a pop up showed up saying I had a free trial and it did actually work this morning. Hopefully 1.4 shows up during the trial so I can see how that works..
