Even with BC expired, updating with FDRS gets hands on lane centering the new motion controller, which helps with ping pong and provides in lane repositioning to steer wide of 18 wheelers.I'll never know. My BC expired a few days ago.
Wait. How did you miss this?I did a full FDRS update about 4 months ago but still have 1.0 in a 2023 F-150. When did 1.4 drop via FDRS?
Yes, my PB is used mostly for towing so BlueCriuse has not been top of mind. I found BC 1.0 buggiy and too much of a nag so much so it just was not worth it.Wait. How did you miss this?
I know you have been busy (quieter) recently, but I would have pm'd you if I knew you weren't running 1.4
I think it dropped back in February?
Anyways, I've raved about the vast improvement in classic Bluecruise circumstances. (Fair weather, well marked lanes, long stretches of straight)
Of course you are towing the majority of the time? So maybe you haven't really missed much regarding afterall.
For towing, you should consider a Comma 3x if you want some driver assistance.Yes, my PB is used mostly for towing so BlueCriuse has not been top of mind. I found BC 1.0 buggiy and too much of a nag so much so it just was not worth it.
I take it they still have not added towing to 1.4?
I have run up the miles on my 23 PB, so now thinking about a 25 PB. But I will have to wait it appears to get the 703 package.
If you have access to a mongoose cable you can use FDRS and install it yourself. With the way y'all are talking, can I get the 1.4 version on my '24 now or have to wait until Ford decides to push it to my vehicle? I only have 4 days left on my trial.
If your 2024 came equipped with 1.3, you will get a bit of polishing up, maybe, by updating to 1.4With the way y'all are talking, can I get the 1.4 version on my '24 now or have to wait until Ford decides to push it to my vehicle? I only have 4 days left on my trial.
Thanks. I don't. have one, but have no qualms about purchasing one to do the updates now and in the future. I guess I have to read up on what else is needed, as I also don't want to break the bank.If you have access to a mongoose cable you can use FDRS and install it yourself.
