Got these bed tie down installed.
My 24 Lariat didn't have that bed utility package. So Ford doesn't either bothered to thread those holes. What a pity.
Tried to find out the thread, info on the Internet is everywhere, some say 6mm some say 8mm. So I went to my local ACE with those screws. To save your time, they are M6*1.00 pitch. Luckily it's the same pitch for the bed rail of my previous Maverick, and I still have the thread tap I bought for those Mavericks (mine were XLs). It's not too hard to thread the aluminum body, just do it slowly and steady. I didn't tighten them as hard as my steel body Maverick, but they still stay snug to the bed.
That AMP corner step is proven to be working really good. Worth every penny installing it.
