Installation took about an hour plus the time to adjust it so it would lock properly with tail gate Up. May have to adjust a little more as water getting in through tail gate. Really like the look and operation. The plastic end pieces feel like they can break easily though. 303 protectant generously applied.

Looks good. I really like this cover for it's functionality. I did get a seal kit for the tailgate which keeps rain out. I don't think anything will stop automatic car wash type spray.

Be careful in strong crosswinds, I'm on my second BAK Revolver since the first took off in a 50 mph crosswind at the start of a 10 day vacation.

I’ve had mine on for a year with no problems. Yes you need to watch those tabs . That could be done better. I just did a 7 hour road trip in heavy winds with no issues

One hour after I posted this I was showing the operation to a friend and the plastic tab came off LOL. That’s a disappointment. Guess superglue it??

Mine arrived with broken plastic ends, it's a super fragile part and needs to be redesigned in my opinion. I emailed them about it and they sent out a new set, and so far they've held up well enough, I put a bit of automotive tape under them to help secure them a bit.

I’ve had mine over a year, it’s on its second truck, now my 2024 RCSB. My corners wiggle a little and have stayed in place, I think it’s a nice looking too, and I’ve been asked about it.

I’ve read of them blowing off while in highway usage. Seeing how they are supposed to work, if they are properly installed and closed as intended, how do you think this is happening?
It seems that it would be impossible if they are closed properly.

Here was my fix and it's worked great. Can't remember where I saw it. I cut the end off a plastic wall anchor which I superglued on to the little plastic nub.

I’ve had mine over a year. Zero problems.

I wouldn’t ever consider it watertight tho. It always runs down the tailgate.

Doesn’t matter much to me but my bed rug does get damp when I wash.

That is what I am wondering as well. Especially since they advertise it having a locking mechanism that runs the entire length of the bed.

The locking mechanism is only plastic c-shaped pieces almost the entire length of the cover. There has to be a little clearance for it to roll up easily. I suspect high wind over the cab due to 80mph forward speed lifts it and a 50mph crosswind can then get under.

We’ll, the plastic pieces atttached to the top run the entire length on my top, and I still am unable to see how the top could come loose,,,, that is if installed and also closed properly.
Those C shaped plastic lugs would have to be ripped from the top in order to rip the properly installed and properly closed top free from the rails.
I don’t cruise around at 80 mph with any kind of regularity, but 75 mph in all weather conditions with no problems.

I can assure you, mine was installed and closed properly and it let me down on the opening day of a 10 day vacation. Be careful crossing Kansas with high winds. We saw two semi trucks blown over that day so it wasn't normal conditions but I never expected my bed cover would take flight.

Reach out to their customer service and they will send you a new set. They are one of the few companies that still have great customer service.

In the post I quoted, you stated the c shaped clips run almost all the way down the rail. Are you missing some of those clips, as I have them the entire way?
Maybe we need to avoid Kansas?
