Bad Window functionality update…

My window functionality has had zero issues since purchase over a year ago- but now with the most recent update they’ve gone to sh!t. Won’t auto roll up any longer and even when I roll them up by holding the button they still bounce back like something is blocking them. Ford software team has a lot to be desired.

Have suffered driver’s side window intermittency since Thanksgiving. Malfunctions range from complete non-response to the switch, to sometimes auto-up or auto-down, to full functionality.

Had believed that a three-year old OEM battery was the culprit, but perhaps not.

Mine was doing it, so I had to schedule an appointment for warranty work on that and another item. They reprogrammed it and it hasn't done it since.

My old 2008 VW GTI and wife's old 2014 Sata Fe had the exact same procedure if or when the auto open/close stopped working. Usually appeared when the battery died or got disconnected. Funny how many different car manufacturers use this exact same method to reset the power window anti-pinch system.
