Hi all,
Long time lurker, first time poster. I have gained a lot of great knowledge here prior to purchasing, and now during ownership. Appreciate it.
A specific question that I could not find in a search:
For some reason, on my update status page, it would just say "checking update status," and was accompanied by the spinning wheel. A search yielded the advice to disconnect the battery for 20 minutes, which solved the problem (thanks).
I immediately received two updates in a row: on-board diagnostics, and window functionality. (Side note, this is the second window update I have received)
Diagnostics installed fine, but the window functionality/window performance has an issue. It initially showed on the update page green "completed" when I checked on it after the update, but after some unknown amount of time, it changed to red "not completed."
Any ideas why that might have happened, and/or how to fix it? I disconnected the battery again, charged my battery (new larger H8) a couple of times, left the charger on all night, reset the bms, etc to hopefully get it to complete, but no go. There have been no new updates either, and I know there are a few more floating around.
