Unfortunately nothing. Not completed means the OTA failed for some reason. Nothing you can do but wait for it to be resent.

Unless you want to spend the cash, buy the Mongoose Plus hardware, a battery charger that has a power supply mode (like the Clore PL-2320), and an FDRS subscription

I had Fdrs for two years. Let it lapse last year, go figure.

If you still have the Mongoose, just get a 2-day license for $50 and you're good to go with that.

I see a 1 year license for $900. No 2 year. Are you sure you're referring to FDRS?

You can get a 2 day subscription for $50.
