B&O unleashed Speaker in Headliner

[M.R.F.O.R.D.]

Hi,

I have static noise (not always) in the speaker in the headliner (driver side). I would like to swap the speaker from the driver's side to the passenger side. Does the headliner need to be dropped?. I don't want to break anything. Doesn't anyone have a diagram that show what needs to be done to remove the speakers in the headliner.

I too have this static noise and it’s driving me nuts. Usually noticed when car play is active, but I can’t say that is the case 100% of the time. I’d very much like to know how to get rid of it.

I'm finding thats its dependent on the source. Almost like if there isn't enough signal, The speaker gets fuzzy. Happens to me the MOST when playing a song thats not Lossless, Or if im in an area with bad reception.

For what it’s worth, I’m also getting a high pitched signal type noise out of the headrest speaker(left one if seated in drivers). It’s almost as if there’s a power issue or some type of interference in the line. I can’t for the life of me figure it out and dealers he looked at it twice now saying once that they updated the software, and the second time said they could not replicate.

I still have the issue when I use Lossless. Just on some tone. The dealership did the ACM update last week. DSP was already done this summer. It's worst for cell phone calls.

Seems like only certain tracks cause it for me. Loseless or not doesn't seem to affect it. It hasn't drove me crazy enough to actually dig into the "why" it's happening, but it's noticable
