The amount of sound coming from the headrest and ceiling speakers seem to depend on the quality of the source. If you have Apple Music, Tidal, etc, make sure in the phone app you have the music quality set to the highest setting available. Sounds like Amazon Music works well now from an above post. Not sure about Spotify since I've never used that service.

Yeah I do now have a "tiny" bit of sound out of the ceiling and headrests on you-tube premium music Since moving the fader to the rear of the cup holders but not near enough to call it a win haha . May some other music on some other day will sound better. tks foR The tips

Spotify said they'd start streaming "hi-fi" back in 2021...hasn't happened. Finally gave up on them this week. Trying both Tidal (they just dropped their rate for Hi-Fi Plus) and Amazon (same high quality as Tidal). Both sound great compared to Spotify.

I had a 2023 that had to be swapped for a replacement. The replacement truck sounds like crap compared to the first one...and they are identical trucks and stereos

Mine is a 23 and it sounds great but the sound coming from the headrests and roof is just miniscule. They did do the recall on it before I received it for the loud popping noise. Never heard it but you can tell when the system does a reset to prevent it because it falls off of 18 speakers on to just the one dash speaker and then you have to switch to stereo and then back to surround sound to recover. Better than having the ear splitting popping noise
