Hi All,

I’m new here and have enjoyed catching up. Took delivery of a 2021 Tremor 402A with B&O unleashed in early December. I have been very pleased overall have put about 4500 miles on it. Recently I’ve had two issues that I haven’t seen posted here.

First my heated and cooled seats stopped heating and cooling. Took to the dealership and was told parts are on order. I’d guess this is a supply chain thing but I’m going on over a month without a fix.

The second problem started this week while I was traveling for work. There was a loud static noise coming through the speakers when I started the truck one morning. I turned it off immediately and let it sit. Everything seemed fine when I turned it back on a few minutes later. Now when I’m driving, I can hear a distinct static noise ever so often coming from the driver headrest speaker. When this happens the audio system will cut off, wait a few seconds and cut back on. I know it’s not losing signal or something because the screen says audio off. This happens in both Bluetooth, xm, and fm. I thought it may be from hitting a bump and jarring something lose but it happens anytime. Plan to take to the dealer next week when I get back. I’ve included a video.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Thanks

Yes!

I have a problem with my 2021 platinum power boost. I have about 17k on it now and suddenly this week the drivers side headrest speaker will make a crackle or pop sound as a sit in the seat or drive at low speeds.

The stereo is OFF and you can reproduce this crackle sound by simply pressing on a certain spot in the middle left hand side of the drivers seat. By left hand side I mean from The drivers perspective. Just behind your left shoulder blade.

it’s as if there is a short or loose wire in the seat someplace that connects to the speaker.

It is HUGELY annoying. I dumped my 2017 raptor because it had a rattle in the dash I couldn’t find and fix.

my truck goes into Putnam Ford in burlingame, ca tomorrow to try to hunt the problem down and take care of a couple of recall item.

I’ll be watching this thread to learn more.

That’s exactly what I had. I took mine in and they found a code fault for the audio issue. A simple reset and have had no other issues for about a month now. Seemed like an easy fix.

Any update on the fix to this issue? We have a client's truck at the dealership now, a brand new 2022 with less than 1k miles. Same issue as OP. @Ford Motor Company can you provide us a contact #? Thanks

Sorry - I just now got around to seeing this post.
My dealership is in Burlingame, CA they took the seat apart and adjusted some wiring but honestly I still have some intermittent static that is hard to reproduce.

Something not right in the headrest speakers since day 1.
