Anyone added back the removed CHMSL camera - AKA bed camera?

I just checked mine and the connector is there. I ordered the light/camera but i didn't know it needed that middle cable and is probably not coming with one since it's not in the sellers picture. Anyone know where i can get that cable?

That was one of the first questions I asked when I bought mine. No cable, no sale.
You cannot buy it separately. The CHMSL light with Camera and harness is sold as one unit by Ford.
A lot of scrap yards pull the light and don't bother to disconnect the harness from the truck. They just unplug it from the light and leave the harness in headliner.

you're right. i asked the seller to check for the cable. he found it but the grey connector end was cut. i might just hard wire it in.

Looking for the rear light w/camera. I'm searching for the part NL3Z13A613A and I'm seeing references to a part number of HC3B13A613AM stamped on it. Any ideas what that is? It looks like the correct part but I am not 100% certain. I'd hate to receive this and find that it's not going to work on my '23 Platty.

take out the light, there is a retainer clip that you have to kind of destroy to release the grey connector. you can put it out slowly

I purchased ML3Z-13A613-E for my 23 Platinum and it works perfectly.

NL3Z-13A613-A DOES NOT include the camera.

HC3B-13A613-AM Is for a 2017-2022 Super Duty.

So is the cable this one? If it looks like that attached to the light then it should be good? And if I pull the stock brake light on my truck, I should be looking for that grey connector to make sure it will integrate?

Hi, I'm picking up my 2023 EB Lariat 502A w/360 minus CHMSL cam this weekend.

Three questions:
1) I've seen both ML3Z-13A613-E and NL3Z-13A613-A posted in this thread. If the N*-A doesn't include the camera, and the M*-E part number was only recently posted, how the heck were people successful with the N*-A part number up until then?

2) Are people still getting those DTCs in FORscan after following the updated instruction on page 1? Really not an issue?

3) what perspective does the CHMSL camera provide, isn't there already one in the tailgate or bumper? Does it help the 360 view or just allow you to keep an eye on the bed contents?

The A variant does not include the camera from the packaging I was seeing.
It's just the tail lamp assembly with a hole for the camera, but it is not included.

So how were people making that work as a camera before the older /other M*-E part number was posted?
That number was in the fourth post in the thread.

Note both parts are about the same price, but Ford Part Giants lists that other number as being replaced by the N*-A number.

Just posting what I found.
If the part was pulled from a vehicle, it would make sense the camera would already be installed.
From what I've found online, what comes in the box from Ford is the light assembly with a hole for the camera, but no camera.
