on the sheet you will find the "common" tab which lists cameras at speed amongst other things. Becoming familiar with modifying as-built configurations may seem daunting, but one gets used to it. Make sure you do backup any module that you intend to change.
You are not very far behind in software updates (of your Sync at least). Take @UGADawg96's suggestion to find out exactly what modules need updating, but where you are now should be enough for the cameras.
