Well, got my phone back today around noon after having the screen replaced. I just checked the widget and triple tap says updated 2mins ago, but the last refresh says 7 hrs ago. I checked the fordpass app and yep, last update 7 hrs ago. I manually refreshed it and boom, it updated. Batt optimization is off for both. Anyone else have this issue ?
You did a manual refresh in the FordPass app, and then FP and the widget were updated?

I was able to look into this briefly and found that, yes, the FP app sends a request to their servers on a manual refresh. I need to look more into it (it's tricky finding out what it does), but back when I first started writing the app someone on the Mach-E forums mentioned that there could be an issue with the 12V battery draining if polling was done too frequently. I'm not certain if this is what they were referring to.

Canadian here. So I have units set to Fordpass, however it still shows miles vs kms in range.
A kms + psi option would be nice?

In settings you can choose Ford Pass units...I have mine set to KMS and PSI on my Ford Pass app.

How does your Ford Pass show the units? Ford Pass gets the units from the truck and the widget just uses those units. In the widget, under settings, near the bottom of the choices, select "Units to Display" and select "Use Ford Pass settings."

I would uninstall the widget and reinstall it. Don't save settings, just make note of your VIN and login info. I have found that after some widget updates it is better to uninstall the old app first and then install the new one.
