So question. The first picture looks like you put the wire in the third hole from the left on the rear but the other picture seems to show the opposite and to place in the third hole from the left when plug is facing you. Which one is it.l
Ok I believe I have the answer from question above. I have it wired and all the forscan stuff changed but not getting activation of hill descent. Any ideas.
I have 21 lariat non fx4 - rock crawl mode did show up.

Anyone know what the switch part number is for a Plat 701A, with bluecruise? (without park assist).
Pretty sure that's the button in the first post. Replaces the traction control button at the far right that has a flat left side, and angled right side. Chrome trim at the top.

Anyone had luck with an ordering source for the ML3Z-13D730-RA ? Tried TASCA and said on national backorder and canceled the order.

I did, the correct part was ML3Z-13D730-KA.
This is the part number I need too. Placed an order online but looks like it is on backorder too. Has anyone acquired one lately? I’ll call some local dealers tomorrow to see if they happen to have one in stock but not too optimistic.
Good news is the cup holders and other misc parts ship Wednesday.

Can someone confirm the part for an XLT 302a non FX4 with the silver trim. Looks like its the middle switch with hazard/hill descent can someone confirm. This is an XLT 302a switch picture

That shows on Tasca as the one with hill descent and traction, when I look at a FX4 here you see from the picture it is in the center with the hazard.

I appreciate that but the basic picture it shows looks like it iis from a 2019 and earlier F150 as the corners are rounded and not the same as the 2021 and 2022.

I'm assuming @Kobylash actually got it in hand, which is why I referenced his post. Suppose he'll see the tag and confirm for you.

The description also shows it's not for a Gen 13 truck (despite the illustrations):

F-150. 12 display. Without automated parking. With front parking aid. With park sensors, without auto park.

12" display = Gen 14 only, chrome trim on top (even XLT 302a with 12" gets chrome buttons)

Do you need the electronic locking differential to properly add and use Rock/Crawl mode? It seems the mode uses that.
Was there an answer to this? Can somebody without electronic locking differential who has made the mod confirm that it works as intended? Thanks

I have been wondering this too. Most of the part numbers posted have been the traction control + hill descent control button. But like you, I am looking for the hazard + hill descent control button. I think the part number is either ML3Z-13D730-CB or ML3Z-13D730-KB. Unfortunately all the pictures online are just generic outlines and I don't know what the difference between the two part numbers are.

I have looked at pics of Many xlt 302a no 360 camera and I think the one with the hazard is the one I need, not sure how to determine.

Here is a photo of the button (ML3Z-13D730-KA) installed on my Lariat with the 12” screen. This button is the traction/hill descent button, not the hazard/hill descent. Apologies for the poor lighting.

I used ML3Z-13D730-RA (SW-8524) on my 302A non-FX4 and it’s this one:
