Good deal! Glad you got it working. That is called speed sign recognition now, do you have it on in the APIM and is the speed limit sign showing up in the IPC when you pass them?
I actually do have the speed sign recognition, I just wasn’t sure because at one point it actually showed cruise control and under that ACC and then under that IACC as options to select

i take that back, a fresh scan just reveiled the CCM you are the man. I never even thought about that!
Ok NI thought I had read you did that. Any time you add anything different or new you need to select no and do a fresh scan.

Glad you got it sorted out. Really good add.

i appreciate all the help, after calibration it worked great. Stop and go is definitely something the get used to when you've never had the option before.

Yeah its a bit of a acquired taste. When I first did mine it would wait sometimes a little longer than my liking to engage the brakes. The newer ABS updates have helped a lot

Ok, ready to dive into this project. Just looking for a sanity check from those who have gone before. I have a '22 302A without 360 cams. I'm only looking to add ACC and then enable speed sign rec, lane keeping, stop and go. After reading this thread, it seems like I can make a 4 wire harness that runs from the IPMA directly to the CCM without adding the new bumper harness. Is this feasible or would running the wires be too difficult? Also, I don't think the bumper would need to come off if I'm not replacing the bumper harness. Forgive as I'm a noob with car mods. I'm also a Forscan virgin but luckily I have an experienced neighbor.

Assuming I can just run 4 wires from IPMA to the CCM, my shopping list is:

ML3Z-9C888-DA (steering wheel switch)
ML3Z-9E731-G (sensor assembly)
W720714S450B (mounting bolt x 3)
DU2Z-14474-BA (CCM terminal kit)
**Finally, what's a part number for the wire and required pins?

Any help is much appreciated. A lot of experienced people to learn from here. Thanks

Good job doing your research as you're on the right track. In your case making your own harness would be the best option and might actually be easier in some cases, don't need to take the bumper off then. You can easily bolt up the CCM bracket from the bottom. Then just run your harness from there into the cab. Just use four wires for the harness, nothing crazy there or out of the ordinary. Here are the pins you need for the IMPA side of the harness.

I am hoping someone here might be able to help me out. I have studied this topic, purchased all the necessary parts, searched and found all the values in forscan that need to be changed, and have started working on this myself. I have successfully installed the parts and began to make changes in forscan. The only thing I haven't been able to successfully accomplish is perform the CCM calibration. When looking at things in forscan it seems as if my VIN is already populated into the CCM (it must have autopopulated or something), but when I attempt the calibration nothing happens. I have a warning on my IPC "Pre-collision assist not available" and I am wondering if that might have something to do with preventing the calibration. I also believe either the non-calibration or this collision warning is also preventing the acc from working. If anyone has any more specific details on the process regarding programming the VIN to the CCM and calibrating it they would be greatly appreciated.

I'll message you my change sheet. Does the VIN in the CCM match your VIN? Or did you get the CCM second hand so it's the VIN or the donor truck? All the warning will appear until you have everything calibrated successfully.

Hard to say. Without know if you made all the applicable changes. The on I could see preventing that is the BCM.

Make sure you changed the BCM

I just used whatever wire i had in a 22 guage but the pins for the ipma can be found here, https://www.fordpartsgiant.com/parts/ford-terminal_du2z-14474-ca.html
they are single only so you will need 4
and yes you can run directly from the CCM right to the IPMA

Has anyone successfully added acc, iacc, tsr, tja, lka to a truck WITHOUT nav or is nav necessary to be able to turn on acc and all the other features?

Im not entirly sure about that, I would say as long as you have the front camera in the windshield and then add the required hardware you should be fine.

I cant answer if you would have speed recognition. The speed limits originate from the nav. So im not sure.

Does it originate from nav or the cameras? On my 2015 edge there was always a small delay on the speed limit sign update on the dash, but in my 2020 explorer and 22 F150, it’s instantaneous

Camera then the nav displays it. You have to make changes in the APIM to enable the sped display in the cluster. After thinking about it though I am guessing it would work. THey have released lariats without nav. I know a lot of them will have the speed sign recognition and adaptive cruise. So it is probably possible.
