Adding Co-Pilot Assist 2.0 with Forscan?

Another big/good update! Just a few days late. My buddy with a 300A got his CCM all wired in, then I worked my magic to configure everything, went out to calibrate the CCM, successful on that, turned everything on and everything worked just like it should! ACC, lane centering, and TSR/IACC all worked perfectly right out of the gate.

So like I said before, I think as long as you have an IPMA you can add everything above by simply just adding the CCM up front. I was able to double check all the changes needed so have a pretty good idea of what needs changed to enable everything, so will try to get that list cleaned up and shared out for everyone when I have a chance.

I have everything hooked up and installed in the truck but after setting IPMA 02-02 xx4x-xxxx-xx to a 5 i still dont see the CCM module, any suggestions?

Did you make the harness or was it prewired?

i made the harness and triple checked all connections and pin outs 1-18, 2-19, 3-20 and 4-9 im currently getting these DTCs and a no show for the CCM

I don’t know all the changes you made. There are many needed for the adaptive cruise.
You’ll need to make changes in SCCM, BCM, pscm, ipma, abs, apim

only Thing I can say is to make sure you pinned the wires in the right spot and didn’t flip them. The diagrams are opposite of the wire side. Meaning you have to look at it as if you were looking at the connector side that would be plugged in. Don’t know if that makes sense

I don’t know what you’re going by I don’t know what is above. I can get you diagrams if you want to confirm. The connectors are numbered usually at the end positions too and bottom. It’s also best to verify with the diagram.

That is correct. His at the IPMA. B is the second connector from the top. I believe it’s the grey one. I’ll post the diagram in a little bit.

There is ALOT you need to change, you need to change certain addresses before the CCM will even power/show up usually. I'll message you my sheet.

Here are the two diagrams. @superfordman is much better equipped to let you know the changes. Its been so long since I did mine and my truck was heavily modified when I did it so mine was different. He has done 3 of them I believe. So he is really knowledgeable about this upgrade.

Thanks Jesse, have done 3 so far myself, going on 4 tomorrow! ? Plus have helped a number of guys on here do it themselves so think we got it down pretty pat by now.

Alright that was my last hope lol, i did all the changes superfordman told me but its still not recognizing the ccm. the ipma is showing signal plausibility failure a U2300
