You need to Ohm out the harness. Verify the positions. You could have a bad CCM. I have seen someone have that before. I know you say the harness is correct but I have thought that before to only find out I was a pin over or not in all the way.
I will double check the harness again and verify everything.
i took the ccm and brought it into the cab and pretty much hooked it up pin to pin to rule out the harness being wrong and it was wrong, the ipma regocnizes the ccm and will throw a dtc when ground is disconnected but i am still unable to see the ccm under modules in forscan, any suggestions?

I bought it new from the ford dealer, guess im gonna return it and get another one.

I talked to ford and they will swap me a new one tomorrow, if it does the same thing i will definitely send it to you. that would be a huge help.

Hold on, are you doing a fresh Forscan connection read once you get it hooked up?? Make sure you aren't loading a save profile, since the CCM isn't read in that older profile, it will never show up until you do a fresh scan.
yes i am doing a fresh forscan read once the ccm is plugged in.
i take that back, a fresh scan just reveiled the CCM you are the man. I never even thought about that!
Just set up the CCM and all that is left is to calibrate it you guys have been a great help i appreciate every thing you have done to help!
Good deal! Glad you got it working. That is called speed sign recognition now, do you have it on in the APIM and is the speed limit sign showing up in the IPC when you pass them?
My APIM needed an extra reset via forscan after all the changes were entered to get everything to show up. My changes were nearly identical to what @superfordman sent you so if it doesn’t come up I’d double check those values in forscan for the APIM, too.
